6 Easy Avocado Pudding Recipes to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

I am always on the hunt for pre-workout and post-workout snacks. So when I heard about avocado pudding, I knew I had to do my research on what avocado pudding recipes were out there, and who was eating this stuff. 

When I first heard about the recipe from Kourtney Kardashian, I instantly turned my nose up about it. I could not even imagine eating avocado in pudding form

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for some good guac and mashed avocado on my toast, but avocado pudding seemed a little far out there.

It turns out that it is actually a really popular recipe that has been around forever. I’m just a little late to the party. And if you are too…. well, welcome to the party.

Avocado Pudding is a healthy and sweet dish that can be eaten pre or post workout for a little snack, especially if you’re having a sweet tooth. 

It typically only takes about 10 minutes to make so they are super quick and easy. You don’t even have to bake anything!  It can’t get better than that. 

The dish can typically be made vegan, paleo, or keto so it works well with a wide range of diets.
