Healthy Grocery List For One On a Budget
I remember when I left for college for freshman year, I had absolutely no idea what to get at the grocery store. My parents typically bought all of the groceries for the house. I went to the store a couple of times a month to get a few small things here and there for myself but that was it.
When you start living on your own, one of the first adulting things that you have to learn for yourself is grocery shopping. At first, I absolutely despised grocery shopping. But I know realize that the only reason I didn’t like it is because I literally had no idea what to get.
Grocery shopping has sort of grown on me within the last few years. I honestly look forward to it every week!
If grocery shopping overwhelms you as it did me, or you just are not sure what to get at the grocery store, I have put together a good healthy grocery list to help you!
I have included pretty much all of the common household staples that you may need, but you can always mix and match and completely tailor your list to fit your needs.
