When I think of March, I think about growth. This includes growth mentally, spiritually, and personally. As we go through day to day life, we can often loose sight of the things that we are striving to accomplish internally and externally. That is why I have put together this amazing list of  journal prompts for you to use this month. Journaling and using journal prompts is a great way to connect with yourself and promote self reflection.

MARCH JOURNAL PROMPTS

  1. What are your goals for the month?
  2. How can you actively work towards reaching your goals?
  3. How have you changed in the past year?
  4. What do you think about the person that you are becoming?
  5. What does your dream life look like?
  6. Who are people in your life that support your dreams?
  7. Write about a time you went out of your comfort zone recently?
  8. What can you do this month to step out of your comfort zone?
  9. Does the idea of “failure” scare you? Why?
  10. What do your core values consist of?
  11. Do your actions everyday represent those values?
  12. What standard do you measure yourself to? Success? Failure? Material items?
  13. How can you focus on your self awareness this month?
  14. What are some hard truths that you have learned?
  15. Mid month check in – What have you done to accomplish your goals this month?
  16. What is something that you wish you would have done differently? Why?
  17. Write about a time where you failed but everything ended up working out.
  18. What is one scripture or quote that keeps you going everyday.
  19. Write about someone you miss.
  20. Look in the mirror and tell yourself one thing that you love.
  21. What is one book you are dying to read and why?
  22. How do you move past disappointment?
  23. How can you be a better friend?
  24. How can you demonstrate self love?
  25. Write about a time where you exceeded your expectations.
  26. Is there something that is bothering you? Write about it.
  27. Take time today and write in a new setting.
  28. Who is one famous person you would want to have lunch with and why?
  29. Write about 3 positive experiences today.
  30. What are you grateful for?
  31. What is the best thing that has happened to you this month?
