The importance of self care and participating in various self care ideas has become extremely evident over the last couple of years. While we are among a “hustle” culture, it is still important to slow down and engage in activities that you love to do and that make you feel good no matter how big or how small they may seem.

WHY IS SELF LOVE IMPORTANT?

As women, it is in our nature to give our all to anything and everything that is important to us. Whether that is to our relationships, friendships, jobs, school, and even your kids for the moms out there.

We often forget to pause and do the things that we love to do and essentially give to ourselves. If we don’t take the time to participate in self care for ourselves, we eventually will suffer burnout in various areas of our lives and lower our self esteem.
