What to Put in a Self Care Kit

Creating a self care kit is one of the best ways to be prepared to be able to comfort yourself on those days where you just need some time to yourself. I have put together a list of 25 things to put in your self care kit for your much needed self care days.

What is a self care kit?

A self care kit or a self care box is a package that you create filled with your favorite items that soothe and bring you comfort. Whether you have a had a hard week at work or even at school, creating a pre-made self care box is a great thing to have on those evenings or weekends to yourself.
