It’s that time of the year……2019 has almost come to an end.

If you didn’t accomplish all of your goals this year don’t worry, and now is certainly not the time to give up.

When incorporating these 6 tips into you life, you will surely be ready to boldly take on 2020 and become the person God has sent you to be.

Now, it’s time to say goodbye to 2019 and hello to 2020 …our best year yet.

1. Start with your “who” goals

Rather than focus your goals on what you want to do, focus your goals on who you want to be.

Your “who” goals are based on what you want become which allows you to have a clear picture about what you need to be doing.

When you start with the who, the do flows right to you.

2. Step up, and say no

In order to grow, you have to do less.

Strange right?

But the key to success is not stretching yourself to do as much as you can do, it is doing more of what matters and brings value to what you are trying to achieve.

Focus your energy on things that will provide you the highest return in your personal growth.

3. Find a person to inspire or be inspired by

You are not going to get anywhere in life just focusing on yourself.

As you begin to grow, make an effort to inspire someone else and encourage them to fall on the path of growth as well.

With that being said, don’t think that you are an expert and have nothing else to learn.

No matter what stage of growth you are in, there is always room for more knowledge

Seek other mentors to guide you on your journey of growth.

4. Incorporate small habit changes

Small habits performed on a consistent basis will lead to big results over time.

Success is not a giant step in the future, it starts with the small steps you take today.

It is the small things that can seem invisible the lead to the biggest results.

5. Take risks

If you want to continue to be who you have always been, keep doing what you are doing.

But, if you are ready to experience a change, simply change what you do.

Taking risks helps you get to your next level no matter what stage of progression you are in.

It is important to not be afraid of what could go wrong. Instead, focus on what could happen right.

6. Change the people in your life

You could be one relationship away from accelerating and exceeding your goals and potential.

Spend your time around people you can learn from, and leave those behind that are holding you back.

      Communicate that with them! Tell how you feel they are being a detriment to your growth as an individual and also give them ways they can stop/do better. Tell them what you want, and save your relationship as well as your mental health and personal growth.
