Monday: Nourish Your Body
Start your week off right with good eating habits by planning and preparing healthy meals. Binge eating and boredom eating often happen when we just simply don’t know what to eat.
To avoid those unwanted junk food spirals, set an eating plan for the week to be sure you are nourishing your body with everything it needs day to day. By planning your meals out beforehand for the week, you will be more likely to eat healthier throughout the week!
